Life Updates & October Goals

Hi! I know I've been M.I.A. for the last few months, and I'm here to catch you up on what's been going on, and what I'm hoping to accomplish with this space.
First: after a lot of workplace drama and other issues, I quit my job. I was hoping to stay there for a year, but it was a really toxic environment and I didn't need the money so much as the experience, so for me, quitting was the best solution. If anything, I learned a lot about what I want out of a job, and I learned to keep a record of everything, in case something happens later on.
Second: This month I'll be sharing my health and fitness progress, guided by The Fit Girl's Guide. It's been two days and the exercises are easy but challenging, and the meal plans are really helpful! I'm hoping to get a lot more toned and to cook more because currently, I eat out around 5 times a week which is not only unhealthy but expensive!
